The Karfik family were given their farmstead back in the restitution process. The current owner of the farmstead regained the farmstead in 1996, effectively from his grandfather, and since then the farmstead has been known as KARFÍKŮV DVŮR.
In 1997 a fruit drier was built there and in 1999 a fruit distillery.
