This trail is suitable for both bikers and hikers. The length of the circle is 12 km. The trail is equipped with many information boards focusing on the geological development of the Krušné Mountains, the flora and fauna, water bodies, population, and more. You may rest at marked rest places and enjoy the views of the beech groves around you. You may enter the trail from the Meziboří side near the summer sports complex and "U stadionu" (At the stadium) and "Na sjezdovce" (On the ski slope) restaurant.
The educational trail was built by the city of Meziboří from FMP subsidies of the EU Phare CBS programme in November 1998. The trail goes through one of the core zones of the Litvínovská údolí (Litvínovská valleys) – Pekelským údolím (Devilish valley) natural park which is currently under construction. The trail starts in Meziboří near the stadium and continues along the contour line of Studenec Hill towards Šumný mine and through Pekelské Valley all the way to the paddock. The length of the marked trail is almost 4 km and thanks to a good paved road it is suitable for hikers and bikers alike. During winter, the trail is often used by cross-country skiers.
